About Itslife

Itslife is intended to be a resource for teachers, trainers, tutors, instructors, or indeed anybody working in the sector which is variously called 'Learning and Skills', 'Post Compulsory Education' or 'Lifelong Learning'.

That includes those working, training or volunteering as teachers in Further Education, Adult and Community Learning, Higher Education, the Voluntary Sector, Workplace Learning, Uniformed Services Training or Prison Education, and indeed any organisation or individuals with an interest in the sector.

The site carries news, views, useful sources of materials, information and topic intended to also focus on issues, discussions and debates.

Itslife is produced by Jim Crawley, who has just retired after working in and with the sector for over 40 years, and this is the final site update.

If you are a student or tutor on a teacher or trainer training course for the sector, you should find the site useful, as it is designed with the structure of teacher training courses in mind, and used by a number of such courses to support their students.

The views on this site are not representative of any organisation.
